This project was one of our most comprehensive to date — a full-scale integration of entertainment, automation, lighting, security, and access control across an exceptional Bel Air property. Eight 4K televisions were positioned throughout the residence, delivering stunning visuals in every room without disrupting the home's refined aesthetic.

The audio system was designed with the same level of ambition. Nine independently controlled zones ensure the right sound in every space, while the backyard features a breathtaking 16.2 surround sound setup that transforms outdoor gatherings into something truly memorable. Sealed shower speakers were also installed, bringing the audio experience into the bathroom for a level of immersion rarely found in residential installations.

Lutron RA2 lighting was integrated throughout the entire home, giving the homeowners effortless, scene-based control of every space. A URC automation system ties audio, video, lighting, and security into a single intuitive interface — everything managed from one place, with no compromise on simplicity or sophistication.

Security was treated with the same care as every other system. A 16-camera surveillance network provides complete property coverage, accessible remotely from any TV or mobile device. A DoorBird gate access system was integrated across the driveway, pedestrian gate, and front door — allowing homeowners to manage and grant access from their phone or via a fully integrated IP intercom system throughout the home.
