This Westlake Village residence received a full infrastructure overhaul — out with the outdated Cat5 wiring, in with a future-ready Cat6 network running to every TV location and room throughout the home. Every detail was planned with the next decade in mind.
The living room anchors the main floor with an 85" display, a Sonos Arc soundbar, and in-ceiling surround speakers that deliver an immersive audio experience without compromising the room's aesthetic. Each room downstairs was equipped with independently controlled in-ceiling speakers, giving every space its own character and ambiance.
The outdoor spaces were treated with the same level of care — two dedicated audio zones and an outdoor TV extend the entertainment experience seamlessly into the open air, whether for quiet evenings or entertaining guests.
The crown jewel of the project is a fully dedicated theater room built around a 4K JVC projector and a 120" wall-mounted screen, enveloped by a 5.1 in-wall surround sound system. The result is an authentic cinema experience that rivals anything you'd find outside the home.
Lutron RA2 lighting dimmers were discreetly installed throughout, with elegant keypads in each room for effortless control. The entire system — lighting, audio, video, and more — is unified under a URC remote, giving the homeowner complete command of every experience from a single touch, whether they're home or halfway around the world.
Every great system starts with a conversation. Tell us about your home, your vision, and what you'd like to experience — we'll take care of the rest.
